How Does This Work?

I am frequently asked as to why some products 'drop' in price from week to week. The Nail Shop is a growing business and as we order products in larger quantities from our manufacturers, we will be granted cheaper prices. I thought it was absolutely crucial to pass the savings forward so that you too are getting a better deal on your products. We will try to remain as competitive as we possibly can without jeopardising the quality of our products. Frequently we invest more money into improving our current products. This is one of the only times that a product may increase in cost, but even then we will do our best to keep the prices as low as possible. 

There are always new nail products on the market and so we are frequently sampling these to see if they would be suitable to offer within our professional range. We also listen to the needs of our customers and do our best to order stock that is in high demand at that time. Customer feedback is essential for our business and yours.
