These block files offer 180 grit on 4 sides and are sanitisable and reusable.

They are ideal for preparing the natural nail plate before a gel or acrylic service or 

refining the overall acrylic or gel nail after application (before shiner buffer or UV top coat).

Although coarse enough to refine acrylic product the edges of the block feel gentle on the cuticles.
