Silicone Soak-Off Gel Polish Removal Caps

These re-usable silicone caps offer you a quick an easy way to remove your gel polish at home or in the salon.

Note: You will also need acetone, cotton wipes/wool, a file and some flat end cuticle sticks.

1. File the surface of the gel polish nail. The acetone will penetrate a matte surface quicker than a shiny one.
2. Acetone is applied to the nail wipe. Roll the cap half way down, and then place the wipe inside the nail cap (against the grips).
3. The finger goes inside the nail cap with the wipe facing the gel polish. The natural body's heat then helps to warm the acetone and speeds up the removal process. The process should take approximately 5-10 minutes depending on the thickness of the gel polish.
4. Check the nail after 5 minutes, and use the flat-end cuticle stick to gently scrape the gel polish off the nail. If it feels like the wipe needs longer then roll the cap back down and wait a further 5 minutes. Ensure that the wipe is still wet with acetone (add more if required).
